I have been to this florist a few times, every time the staff there are incredible friendly and helpful. Even if it's packed their customer service skills always shine through. I've bought 3 bouquets from them and highly recommend going here. You can customize your own in the shop or even ask one of the employees to make one based on a few details (favorite color, flower type, mood)

I absolutely loved working with Fred's Flowers for my wedding. They were able to help with our flowers with only a few months' notice. What I really liked was the consultation call I had with them. They went through a whole questionnaire and asked me about flower arrangements I hadn't even considered. They anticipated my needs and exceeded my expectations. The day of the wedding, they were able to accommodate a last second change to the altar arrangement with no hesitation. The flowers all came out beautifully, and we received many compliments.
